Questions owners ask us

What kind of properties do you take on?

Furnished 1 and 2-bedroom apartments (occasionally studios) in managed developments in Zones 1–3, close to transport. Concierge, gym and secure entry are a plus but not essential.

Who will live in my property?

International students — mostly postgraduate — and young professionals at London universities and employers. Each is referenced, right-to-rent checked and signed up to a bilingual tenancy agreement.

How quickly can you let it?

Our demand peaks from June to September, but we place tenants year-round. Tell us when the property is available and we will give you a realistic timeline.

Who is responsible for damage and maintenance?

We arrange and manage repairs, with a full inventory and schedule of condition at every start and end of tenancy, and keep you informed of anything material.

Can I visit the property?

Yes — inspections are arranged with reasonable notice, and you receive a condition report after each tenancy.

Can I sell while the property is let?

Yes. We support tenanted sales and will prepare the tenancy paperwork a buyer’s solicitor will ask for.
