Yes. Most of our tenants book from overseas. We arrange video viewings, send the contract for e-signature and accept international payment, so the keys are ready when you land.
No UK guarantor is required for most of our homes. Where referencing can’t be completed we’ll explain the options — such as a UK-based guarantor or a guarantor service — before you commit. In line with the Renters’ Rights Act we never ask for more than one month’s rent in advance.
Every deposit is registered with mydeposits, a government-approved scheme, within 30 days. You receive the certificate and prescribed information by email.
Rent covers the home itself. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, broadband) are set up for you and are usually billed separately; we tell you the typical monthly cost for your building up front.
Full-time students are exempt. We show you how to obtain your exemption certificate from your university and send it to the council.

Yes. We accept international bank transfer and have partnered with Bank of China and Fusion Pay for straightforward cross-border payment.
