02We confirmWe check availability, confirm the rent and send you a PDF copy of your offer by email.

03Sign & secureYou receive the tenancy agreement for e-signature and pay the holding deposit (never more than one week’s rent). Your home is reserved.

Submitting an offer is not a binding contract until the tenancy agreement is signed by both parties. Your details are only used to process your offer.
